HAVING ONLY 8 PLAYERS  LED TO WEMBLEY CHOOSING TO BAT.AFTER A BRIGHT START THE FICKLE HAND OF FATE<and some good bowling>STRUCK,AND DESPITE THE 2nd COMMING OF ADRIAN<catholic>AND ALAN<drunkerd.> WE ONLY POSTED  A HUMBLE TARGET.
BUT COMETH THE HOUR  COMETH  THE MAN.! IN A MOVE TO GET TO THE PUB EARLIER DOUGIE WAS GIVEN HIS FIRST OUTING THIS YEAR<or any year>AS A BOWLER. AFTER SEVERAL OVERS HE EVENTUALLY FOUND THE  MAT AND GOT HIS 1st VICTIM.NOT TO BE OUTDONE  BY HIS AGED DAD  JOHAN COMPLETED WHAT MUST BE OUR CATCH OF THE SEASON.
GOOD GAME PLAYED  IN  GOOD SPIRIT .WELL DONE  ALL
